Filipino food

Food is very representative of a city's culture. In order to really get to know a place and the people, you've got to eat the food.

One of my favorite foods, that is unique to the Philippines, is chicken adobo. It's made with a sauce mixture of soy sauce and vinegar. It's the best when potatoes are added and it's always served over rice, of course!
